What LKTraveler status labels mean

LKTraveler uses approval, verification, public-visibility, review, and safety controls to reduce misleading or unsafe content. These controls are meaningful moderation signals, but they do not replace a traveller's own checks and do not guarantee a provider's future conduct.

Listing and provider states

Pending: The submission is awaiting review and is not treated as a public approved or verified listing.
Approved: A listing has passed the applicable moderation workflow and may be shown publicly when its public-listing controls allow it.
Verified: A driver or guide profile has passed the applicable verification workflow and is available through the public verified-profile view.
Suspended: A safety action temporarily hides the provider from public discovery and prevents new booking requests while the action remains active.
Banned: A safety action disables the provider from public discovery and new booking requests.

Reports and reviews

Signed-in users can report a listing, profile, or booking concern through the relevant page. Reviews are tied to the platform's review workflow and may be moderated. A visible rating is not added to structured data unless it is backed by real, visible review data.

Booking and payment boundary

A booking is a request between a traveller and a provider. LKTraveler does not currently take in-platform payments. Confirm identity, scope, dates, price, cancellation terms, and payment arrangements before proceeding.

Provider-entered content

Descriptions, facilities, prices, service details, and availability may be supplied or maintained by providers. Public display does not turn those claims into an LKTraveler guarantee.

Traveller checks

Reconfirm current conditions, licences or credentials where relevant, insurance, accessibility, official advisories, opening hours, and the final price directly before travel.

Need to report a concern?

Use the “Report” action on the relevant public listing or profile after signing in. Booking-related reports and their status are available from your account.
